Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

On GAWD All In Fellowship Inc., has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are entirely committed to maintaining a safe, secure digital environment. We actively work to protect minors from all forms of exploitation, abuse, and harm.

1. Absolute Prohibitions

On GAWD strictly prohibit users from uploading, sharing, hosting, transmitting, or linking to any content that involves the exploitation or abuse of children. This prohibition applies to all public and private spaces on our platform, including posts, comments, direct messages, and profile media.

Prohibited activities and content include, but are not limited to:

Visual Media: Photographic, video, or audio material depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor (anyone under the age of 18).
Non-Photographic Content: Art, cartoons, anime, manga, text-based descriptions, or any digitally altered media (including AI-generated imagery and "deepfakes") that depict or promote the sexual exploitation of minors.
Predatory Behavior: Grooming behaviors, solicitation of minors, and sexual extortion ("sextortion").
Trafficking & Facilitation: Any attempts to facilitate the trafficking, sale, or trade of minors or CSAM/CSAE materials.

2. Mandatory Reporting and Law Enforcement Cooperation

We comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding child protection.

NCMEC Reporting: In accordance with federal law, onGAWD.org immediately reports all identified instances of CSAM/CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Law Enforcement Collaboration: We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities investigating child exploitation. We preserve relevant data, user logs, and metadata to assist in criminal prosecutions.

3. Enforcement Actions and Consequences

Any violation of this policy represents a severe breach of our terms. We take immediate action upon discovery or report of a violation:

Account Termination: The offending account will be permanently banned and terminated without warning.
Content Eradication: All associated content will be permanently removed from our active platform and servers, subject to legal data preservation requirements.
Device and IP Banning: We may deploy hardware and IP-address blocks to prevent the offender from creating new accounts.

4. Detection and Moderation Measures

To enforce this policy effectively, onGAWD.org utilizes a multi-layered approach to moderation:

Human Review: Our dedicated Fellowship safety team actively monitors the platform and reviews flagged content 24/7.
Proactive Prohibitions: We continuously update banned search terms, hashtags, and keywords to prevent the discovery or distribution of abusive material.

5. How to Report a Violation

If you encounter any content or behavior on our platform that you suspect violates this policy, please report it immediately:

On-Platform Reporting: Click the "Report" button located next to the post, comment, or user profile.

Email: Email our rapid-response safety team directly at info@ongawd.org with links, screenshots, and usernames.

If a child is in immediate physical danger, please contact your local law enforcement agency or emergency services right away.
